Fresh Start Plan (FSP) is a monthly subscription service created to provide consumers with an affordable, comprehensive plan that covers both legal and non-legal services. Some of those services include items such as Financial Education, Identity Theft Restoration and Identity Theft Monitoring, Tax Program which entitles active members to receive one 1040 Federal Tax return each calendar year, Attorney Assistance, discounted legal services on non-debt related matters and much more.

What We Provide
Fresh Start Plan LLC (“FSP”) provides members with quality programs at discounted pricing to save members money on financial and legal products, tools and services. FSP allows members to take advantage of pre-negotiated rates provided by third parties. FSP does not directly provide products or services to members. FSP is not a financial advisor or law firm and does not provide tax, medical, legal or credit advice. FSP is not an insurance product or program. To receive benefits and services, members may be required to enroll into an additional agreement with the end service provider, such as an attorney, tax specialist or debt relief program provider. Some programs may not be available in all states.
